Las Vegas Shooting and making 2nd Amendment meaningful

LAS VEGAS SHOOTING – 58 DEAD NOW
MAKING 2ND AMENDMENT MEANINGFUL

Yesterday, I was to leave Washington DC to Las Vegas for a convention of wedding officiants, and cancelled it in the last minute, as I have to attend a lot of things here. Of course, I would lose the expensive registration fee. This morning when a friend called me about the shooting incident – I felt guilty to thank the Lord for saving my tail, what about the 58 innocent people that were terrorized and killed?

I stand by 2nd amendment, the right to bear arms.

Guns don’t kill people, it is the individuals who kill people, religions don’t kill people, it is the individuals. My Republican friends need to seriously understand the Gun control proposal by President Obama was not to take the guns away, but to make sure other’s life’s are not randomly taken by the gun toters. All we want is for them to carry insurance, just as a driver needs the insurance to drive, it is the safety of fellow Americans. To get a loan there is credit and criminal check, we need to bring that requirement to own the guns.
