Washington, DC, November 20, 2016 – A successful seminar on Baha’i faith was held in Washington today at theChurch of Scientology National Affairs Office, 1701 20th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20009.

This seminar is a part of the series “Understanding the Essence of religion, all the beautiful religions” planned for 13 different faiths in months in 13 sessions.  The idea is to learn about the other family of faiths.

The program was organized by the Center for Pluralism committed to building cohesive societies and offers pluralistic solutions on issues of the day, and hosted by the Church of Scientology National Affairs Office in Washington DC.

It is the right thing to learn about a religion from the practitioners of the faith than others, who may lack the knowledge to faithfully present the values of a given faith.

Presenters included; PJ Andrews and Madeline Li of the Washington Baha’i faith, and Rev. Susan Taylor of the Church of the Scientology National Affairs Office and Dr. Mike Ghouse of Center for Pluralism.

Thanks to each one of the individuals for attending, asking questions and learning about the Baha’i faith – the more we know about each other, the greater the relationships would be to focus on building effectively functioning societies.

Thanks to the Church of Scientology National Affairs Office for hosting the event.  Details are at www.Centerforpluralism.com/workshops/

If we can learn to respect the otherness of others and accept the God given uniqueness of each one of us, then conflicts fade and solutions emerge.
